We are currently hiring for an immediate, full-time Customer Service & Claims Processor Specialist role with a leading dental benefit organization in Melville, NY. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity ideal for someone with call center experience and a background in dental or healthcare administration. Qualifications & Key Requirements
- Required: Prior call center experience and great telephone customer service skills.
- Preferred: Background in dental offices, dental/healthcare claims, general medical/optometry, EOBs, prior authorizations, or 4-digit coding.
- Fast and accurate data entry capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound call center inquiries from healthcare providers and members regarding eligibility, claims, and coverage details (250+ calls/day).
- Accurately process healthcare and dental claims, manage data entry, and verify eligibility for both electronic and hardcopy submissions.
- Manage ledger/book itemization, printing, and physical check processing.
- Work closely with team members and report directly to company leadership.
